Seeds of Scotland Shipping Policy

All orders from Seeds of Scotland are shipped using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service. Our postal rates are calculated by Royal Mail. The majority of orders will be posted as large letters. Larger items such as Books, plant labels and 1kg packets of seeds will be sent as parcels and are therefore more expensive to ship. 

Orders are typically processed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.  If you do not receive this email within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.  It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information.  Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct to avoid any delivery issues.

We aim to reduce waste by using minimal packaging. All our packaging is made from FSC papers and can be recycled, except the postal label. 

*** Please note, due to legislation covering the inspection and sale of seeds, we can only post orders to Scotland, England and Wales.
