Organic Coriander *NEW*
Coriandrum sativum - approximately 200 seeds.
A versatile herb, fast-growing and aromatic, it produces feathery green leaves suitable for fresh salads, salsas, and garnishes, while its seeds can be harvested for use as a spice. Easy to grow in sun or partial shade.
Growing Info:
Sow coriander seeds directly into well-drained soil or containers from April to August. Thin the seedlings as they grow, and harvest young leaves regularly. Sow successively every 2–3 weeks to extend leaf production. Allow some plants to flower if you want to collect seeds.
Top Tip: Plant coriander in partial shade during the hottest part of summer to help prevent the plants from bolting too quickly.
