Growing Info

Sowing: Sow coriander seeds directly into well-drained soil or containers from April to August. Sow successively every 2–3 weeks to extend leaf production.

Spacing: 15-20cm

Harvest: 6-8 weeks from sowing.

Tips: Plant coriander in partial shade during the hottest part of summer to help prevent the plants from bolting too quickly. Thin the seedlings as they grow, and harvest young leaves regularly. Allow some plants to flower if you want to collect seeds.

Germination: 91% Aug 2025
