Wild Mountain Seeds: "After years of selection and breeding we have drastically increased cool soil temperature growth, earliness and plant stature. This pepper is our farm's favorite for pico de gallo and also a key ingredient in producing an amazing hot pepper ferment. You can't go wrong with this hot pepper that will become a favorite amongst all whom grow it! Enjoy!"
Growing Info
Sowing: Sow indoors into small pots or seed flats using a heated propagator or sunny windowsill in Feb/March, no later than April. Transplant into larger pots once true leaves emerge.
Spacing: 40-50cm
Harvest: Aug-Oct
Tips: Chillies generally grow slightly slower than tomatoes so should be sown slightly earlier if possible. Aim to transplant into final growing location after the last frost. Chillies do very well in pots and will do best when grown undercover in Scotland.
