GROWN IN SCOTLAND by Seeds of Scotland

Valerianella locusta

Also known as lambs lettuce, a versatile salad crop that can be grown year-round. Although it's hardy we would recommend growing it under cover in the winter.

Mild, almost sweet flavour, a delicious contrast to the winter mustard leaves. This variety was selected following our 2024 corn salad variety trial.
