Producing a mass of colourful flowers, nasturtiums are a cheerful addition to any garden. Easy to grow, these half-hardy annuals thrive in most soil types and make excellent companion plants for vegetables. The flowers, leaves, and seeds are all edible, adding colour and a peppery flavour to salads, garnishes, and more.

Sowing: Sow seeds direct from late April to June, or start indoors in pots from March –April.
Spacing: 25-30cm
Flowering: Jun-Sep
Tips: Plants readily self-seed and regrow the following year.
