Also known as lambs lettuce, a versatile salad crop that can be grown year-round. Although it's hardy we would recommend growing it under cover in the winter.
Mild, almost sweet flavour, a delicious contrast to the winter mustard leaves. This variety was selected following our 2024 corn salad variety trial.
Growing Info
Sowing: Jul-Sep. Sow direct in drills or in pots to transplant out.
Spacing: 15-20cm
Tips: If you're growing cornsalad under cover in winter, it requires good ventilation to prevent mildew.
Germination: 96% Sep 2025
