Organic Beetroot - Touchstone Gold

£3.00
Packet size: ~150 seeds

Beta vulgaris

These globe-shaped beets are vibrant orange on the outside and golden yellow on the inside. They have a delicious sweet flavour that is not too earthy, great raw in salads, but we prefer it roasted when it is particularly tasty. Touchstone Gold has been our favourite yellow beetroot for a few years now. It is quite difficult to get a hold of in the UK so we are really pleased to now have it available in our catalogue.
